               How to Sew a Vest

       THING YOU'll NEED 

Scissors
Fabric
Serger
Sewing machine
Pins
Time
Studded , a Hood, Colar, or anything u want
Some sewing experience 


           STEPS 

1. 1
   Make a pattern. You can try tracing the back and front of a tank top on newspaper, then cut it out. Then when you cut out the fabric, cut up the middle of the front.

   Serge all the raw edges and the side seams and shoulder seams together.

   Hem all the serged edges and tried it on.
4. 4
   You can always add pockets, studs, a hood, a collar or whatever you want. Now hang it up in your closet and admire it! You're done!
